Youth Speed & Agility Training Camp For Boys & Girls Ages 6–10 Dates: June 23 – August 6 Days/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Location: Off-Site Training Facility (details provided upon registration) Help your young athlete build a strong foundation with our Youth Speed & Agility Training Program designed for boys and girls ages 7–10. This 6-week program focuses on developing essential movement skills in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment. Our sessions are packed with age-appropriate drills and games that improve coordination, balance, reaction time, quickness, and overall athleticism — setting the stage for success in any sport. Program Highlights: Speed development through sprint mechanics and form Agility and footwork drills for quicker directional changes Balance, coordination, and body control exercises Fun competitive games to build confidence and teamwork Positive coaching that motivates and inspires Whether your child is new to sports or looking to enhance their athletic ability, this program is a great way to stay active, build skills, and have fun this summer!
