CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
COVID-19 Refund Policy

Refunds to all players that have paid (minus any hard costs accrued) will be made if the entire season has been cancelled due to COVID-19. Refunds will be paid out within 30 days of the cancelled season announcement.

Big Time 7v7 reserves the right to decline any refund of players deciding not to participate for any reason not related to COVID-19 after rosters have been set or requests made after April 20th. As an option to our participants, players can lock in their spot by forwarding their team membership fees to the Spring 2022 Season.
Cancellations by Big Time due to a positive COVID-19 test

In the event Big Time has to cancel all or part of a program due to a positive COVID-19 test or a suspected COVID-19 outbreak at camp, Big Time will provide all families with a full refund for the amount paid (or pro-rated if the program has already started minus any hard costs accrued).
Other Cancellations

In the event Big Time has to cancel all or part of a program for any reason whatsoever, families will be given advance notice and provided with a full credit for the amount paid, minus any hard costs accrued (or pro-rated if the program has already started).
Cancellations by Participants:

In the event of a cancellation by a participant for any reason not related to COVID-19, all fees paid are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be provided to a participant who misses part or all of the Spring 7v7 Series for any reason not related to COVID-19.
Cancellations by Big Time:

If Big Time has to cancel before the program commences due to, but not limited to, any of the following reasons, all fees paid will be fully refunded minus any hard costs accrued:

In the event of inclement weather, we will be providing prorated credits only if there are 3 or more game days cancelled due to weather – no credits or refunds will be otherwise provided due to weather cancellations.
