Rising Stars Academy The Rising Stars Academy Phase 2 is a 4 - month developmental program designed to help athletes reach their full potential — on the field and in life. Led by Coach Keon Raymond, a former NFL and CFL veteran and championship coach, the Academy combines elite training, mentorship, and character building to prepare athletes for the next level of their journey. What Parents Can Expect: Elite Training Twice a Week – Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Athletes build speed, strength, conditioning, and positional skills through proven training methods. Mentorship & Leadership – More than just sports, Rising Stars invests in your child’s growth as a leader, teammate, and confident young person. Football IQ & Film Study – Athletes gain a deeper understanding of the game, learning how to recognize plays, strategies, and develop their football intelligence. Positive Environment – Every session focuses on encouragement, accountability, and resilience, helping athletes grow in confidence both on and off the field.
