Service Description

Summer training at its best. Coach Keon Raymond and the Big Time coaches has prepared a 7, and 10 week program that prepares Big Time Players during the summer months. Summer training program focus on strength, speed, endurance and skill development. Program options - 7 Week - 20 Sessions - 10 Week (Big Time) - Unlimited Sessions Players are placed in training groups that accommodate their level of training each week. 7 and 10 Weeks of training 3/4 days a week that equals total to over 60 hours of summer training and coaching by Coach Keon and Big Time Coaches. (Wednesday is make up days) - Train 3/4x a week (M-TR ) - Nutritional Advice - Personalized Programs - Positional Training - Speed Training - Strength Training - Tournament Tuesdays All Sessions will be held at the Big Time Training Facility and Notre Dame field and Centennial High school. Program Details. Our scholastic training consists of four programs that offer the foundation for speed, strength, and athleticism. Each program caters to a different age group, yet they all build character and are driven by core values. Our scholastic programs include: • Rookie: This program is designed for ages 7-11 and creates the foundation for coordination and athleticism. • Developmental: Designed for ages 12-14, this curriculum incorporates more athletic movements and begins to emphasize power and speed as well as age-appropriate weightlifting. • Prep: This Hype program is for ages 15-18, develops power, speed, strength, and athleticism, and is similar to a collegiate program. • Overtime: CJFL and University program suited for student-athletes with specific goals, this curriculum is sport - and position-specific and provides semi-private coaching and training. Ages 18-21 .
