BTP Elite CAP Program "Complete Athlete Program" Built in the Offseason. Proven in the Season. The BTP Elite CAP Program is a comprehensive offseason football development program designed to help athletes improve their speed, agility, football skills, confidence, and overall athletic performance. Running from May through September, the CAP Program provides athletes with structured weekly training focused on developing the complete football player both physically and mentally. Our goal is to prepare athletes for success during the upcoming football season through high-level coaching, consistent training, and competitive development opportunities. Athletes participating in the CAP Program will receive: * Speed and track development training * Agility and explosiveness training * Position-specific football instruction * Competitive 7v7 experience * Safe tackling and contact fundamentals * Strengthened football IQ and confidence Program Schedule May – July * Track Program: = Monday, Wednesday, Thursday * Speed & Agility Training:- Tuesday * Spring 7v7: Saturday (May–June) May – August * Positional Training:-Friday July – September * Teach Me to Tackle Program The BTP Elite CAP Program is ideal for athletes looking to: * Improve athletic performance * Build confidence and discipline * Develop position-specific skills * Prepare for tackle football season * Train in a positive, competitive environment Whether your athlete is preparing for their next football season or looking to elevate their game to the next level, the CAP Program delivers the training, structure, and mentorship needed to succeed.
